The following requirements must be met to apply for renting :           •Rental Application           •References           •Credit Check [requires a $35/person or $50/couple fee]           •First month's rent and security deposit in the amount of rent           •Criminal Record Check           •No Pets      All rental properties are subject to a one year lease.
